Helpers are responsible for maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable server experience. To be eligible to become a Helper you must have a decent understanding of Minecraft and Dragonia as a whole. Helpers help moderate chat and player interactions as well as dealing with rule breakers when necessary. To be eligible for Helper, it is critical that you are a friendly and approachable personality and must not make players feel uncomfortable or threatened. Helpers have an additional set of rules they must follow, especially when dealing with rule breakers, this ensures that all punishments are given fairly and with a proper reason. If you do not comply with the Staff rules or abuse your power, you will demoted to back to your previous rank.
